The Graduate Forum Balfour Beatty Rail has a Graduate Forum which is made up of representatives from each of our divisions. The purpose of the Graduate Forum is to give our Graduates a collective voice and bring ideas and issues forward to the business.
The “Buddy” System It can be daunting when you join a new company at the best of times but when it is your first move into the world of work it can be even more difficult. This is why we give each of our new graduates a “buddy”. Your buddy will be a previous graduate that has probably experienced the same feelings and experiences that you will. It is someone who you will be able to ask those “silly” questions to that you don’t feel comfortable asking your Line Manager. |
